Cancellation Policy

All balances due on any retreat are due 30 days prior to the first day of the retreat.  Failure to pay all balances by this time may subject your reservation to cancellation.

If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat, your payment will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee.  If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of the retreat, you are responsible for the entire cost of the retreat unless your space can be filled - in which case your money will be refunded less a $25 processing fee.
